Developing Leaders in the 21st Century

Although there is a vast research body on the topic of leadership, there is less known about evidence-based approaches to developing leaders and leadership. But we do know some things. Join Professor David Day for a discussion of the state-of-the-science of leader development -- including student leader development -- focused on principles, practices, and processes. Along the way he will summarize what we know about leader development, debunk some common misconceptions, and show how this informs ways to develop leaders in the world today.
