Legal Affairs

The Office of the General Counsel is the legal advisor to the College and is responsible for addressing all of the legal issues arising out of the activities of CMC, its various departments, institutes, and programs. Our mission is to educate our community as to the laws applicable to College’s operations, to solve legal problems and facilitate transactions, and to provide advice and representation to help members of our community fulfill their missions and meet their goals. Please note that the Office of the General Counsel may not provide legal advice or services to members of the CMC community in their individual capacity.

Board of Trustees

The Secretary of the College is responsible for the governance matters involving the Board of Trustees and is the official record keeper for the proceedings of the Board of Trustees meetings.

Ethics and Compliance

The Ethics and Compliance Program coordinates and supports compliance efforts and offices across the College that provide expertise, resources, policies and procedures and training related to the numerous laws and regulations that apply to the broad activities performed at CMC.
