Student Leadership

Students from all disciplines work in the Institute, conducting research with Institute faculty, participating in community outreach projects, and engaging in independent study.

As part of KLI’s mission, students are encouraged to take on leadership roles within various student group teams:

Institute and Research Teams

The Kravis Leadership Institute is made up of two student-led teams: Institute Team and Research Team. The Institute Team manages all Kravis Leadership Institute programs and events, in addition to marketing and advertising for events. The Research Team works on research projects related to leadership, including topics such as Women in Leadership, Corporate Leadership, and Race in Leadership.
