John Haskell, a visiting assistant professor of government at CMC since 2001, was featured on C-SPAN’s Washington Journal program on Sunday, Feb. 24, talking about the history of congressional leadership.
Haskell, a Senior Fellow at the Government Affairs Institute at Georgetown University, has been teaching a course each semester for CMC’s Washington, D.C., Program. Haskell serves on the D.C. Program faculty along with Dr. Adam Wolfson and Program director Elizabeth Spalding.
During his interview with C-SPAN, Haskell talked about the history, role, and responsibilities of the top leadership positions in both chambers of Congress.
