Claremont McKenna College has again been named among the nation's top liberal arts colleges, with a national ranking of 13th in the 2005 U.S. News & World Report Guide to America's Best Colleges. The annual survey examines 217 liberal arts colleges, with measures including peer college assessment, faculty resources, graduation and retention rates, alumni giving, and student selectivity.
CMC remained sixth in its student selectivity, and was named the 10th most diverse liberal arts college.
