Music Duo LMFAO to
Perform at Bridges April 2

Grammy award nominees LMFAO will perform in Bridges Auditorium on Saturday, April 2, on behalf of the Associated Students of Claremont McKenna College (ASCMC) in conjunction with the Student Activities Office.
LMFAO is a self-proclaimed electro-hop music group comprised of the uncle/nephew duo Redfoo (Stefan Gordy) and SkyBlu (Skyler Gordy). Using a mix of electronic, hip-hop alternative, and rap, LMFAO create songs that are party-starters. With hits including "I'm in Miami Trick," "La La La," and "Party Rock Anthem," LMFAO knows how to make the soundtrack to a good time.
Clare Riva '13, Executive Secretary of ASCMC says, "We chose LMFAO because we believe they appeal to a wide range of students. LMFAO's music is fun and even students who don't have an interest in this particular band will enjoy the exciting atmosphere that LMFAO creates." ASCMC has thrown many fun events this year including the Disney Party, the White Party and the greatly-anticipated Wedding Party, but this concert is going to be their greatest event yet. "This concert is shaping up to be one of our biggest events of the year, and we're thrilled that students are excited," says Clare.
ASCMC has reserved 600 seats and will be selling them to CMC students for $20. Tickets for students at the other Claremont Colleges are $25. Tickets will be open to the public on March 7 for $30 through Ticketmaster.com. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
"On behalf of ASCMC, we can't wait see everyone at Bridges on April 2!" adds Clare. --Kelsey Brown 13
