Alicia Frausto '17 has been selected to receive the prestigious Benjamin A. Gilman Scholarship for her upcoming semester in Strasbourg, France.
According to Mary Beth Haselfeld, Assistant Director for Off-Campus Study in the Center for Gobal Education: "The Gilman program seeks to assist students facing financial obstacles in achieving their goals to go abroad. Alicia is excitedly pursuing multiple international experiences over the next year, and this award will make a big difference for her. We’re thrilled and can’t wait to work with Alicia on her Gilman follow-on project (designed to encourage students to study abroad) when she returns to CMC. "
