1. Review materials at /psych/research.php
   • Participation Due Dates
   • Researcher Information for Using the Experiment Management System
   • Experiment Tracking Form for Researchers
2. Complete the Research-Participation Pool Request Form.
    
3. Reserve a room for conducting the experiment by completing the Room Request Form.
    
4. Attach informed-consent form and debriefing form
    
5. Submit materials to Patrice Tonnis (Frazee)
    
6. Please allow a week for the approval process to complete. After acquiring approval, you can post experimental sessions online at http://claremontmckenna.sona-systems.com/
    
7. * Credit can only be awarded to those students who have signed up online.
    
8. End data collection by December 1^st. Credits must be awarded to participants by the end of December 1^st.

* You are responsible for both rewarding participants who participated in your experiment as well as penalizing those who have missed their scheduled appointments. You should cancel participants who arrived too late to be tested during their scheduled sessions. Neither credit nor penalty should be awarded to them.

Only those participants who have signed up online at the Experiment Management System's website can be awarded credit for participating. You are responsible for informing all participants who you plan to test, or have tested, in your experiment prior to your approval date that their participation will not be rewarded with course credit.
