On Campus Day for Prospective Students Set for Saturday, Nov. 15

The Office of Admission and Financial Aid will host its annual On Campus Day for prospective students and their families on Saturday, Nov. 15, beginning with a registration/check-in at 8:30 a.m. at Bauer Center, and continuing with information sessions on such topics as admission, financial aid, and student life, as well as student panels and student-led tours, faculty presentations on CMC's many academic departments, and a parent panel moderated by the College's Vice President and Dean of Admission, Richard Vos.

The program is open to all students and their families who wish to learn more about Claremont McKenna College.

A complimentary lunch, courtesy of the admission office, will be provided at 12:45 p.m. at Collins Dining Hall. Guests are welcome to attend all or part of the On Campus Day program, which concludes with a reception at 3:45 p.m.

Scheduled highlights:

Welcome from Claremont McKenna College President Pamela Gann

Workshop on financial aid at CMC, including information on how to apply for financial aid, and CMC's No Loan Financial Aid policy.

Student-to-student, closed-door sessions allowing prospective students to discuss on-campus life with current students.

Activities fair, for families to meet representatives of clubs and extracurricular activities and discuss social life at CMC and within The Claremont Colleges.
