Parking Information

Parking for the Milosz Festival is free in any legal space. This map highlights in gold certain parking areas where you should find parking. Please allow ample time to park and walk to your destination. Please email the Milosz Festival at MiloszFestival@cmc.edu if you require special access. Do not park in prohibited spots such as red zones or spaces reserved for mobility impaired (unless you have the appropriate tags). Please print and display this parking pass (additional passes will be available at the Festival registration table).

Directions to the Marian Miner Cook Athenaeum

I-10 EASTBOUND from Los Angeles:

Stay on I-10 until you reach the Indian Hill/Claremont exit. Turn left (north) off the exit. You will be on Indian Hill; continue north on Indian Hill for about 1.5 miles until you reach 6th Street. Turn right (east) on 6th Street and follow it until you reach College Way. Turn left (north) on College Way and continue until you come to a stop sign. Turn right (east) on Columbia, continuing until the road turns north. The next right (east) is 8th St (now a parking lot). The Athenaeum (385 E. 8th St.) is the last building on the left (north side) at the far end.

I-10 WESTBOUND from San Bernardino:

Stay on I-10 until you reach the Monte Vista Avenue exit. Turn right (north) off the exit. You will be on Monte Vista Avenue; continue north on Monte Vista for one mile until you reach Arrow Route. Turn left (west) on Arrow Route and continue past Claremont Blvd. and Mills Avenue. Turn right (north) on Amherst; Amherst dead ends on 8th Street. The Athenaeum is there at 385 E. 8th Street.

I-210 EASTBOUND OR WESTBOUND from Pasadena or Rancho Cucamonga:

Stay on I-210 until you reach the Baseline Road exit, #52. Turn west back to Monte Vista Avenue and turn left and go south down Monte Vista past Foothill Blvd. to Arrow Route/Sixth Street. Turn right (west) and continue past Claremont Blvd. and Mills Avenue and turn right (north) on Amherst. Amherst dead ends on 8th and the Athenaeum is there at 385 East 8th Street.
