Class of 1975 50th Reunion

Alumni walking beside the Massoud.

Dear Members of the CMC Class of 1975,

Hard to believe we’re in the countdown to our 50th reunion from CMC. How could 50 years have gone by so quickly! Seems like only yesterday we were chowing down at Collins Hall, getting mail at Story House and taking classes in the newly constructed Bauer Hall.

Now is the time to plan to attend our 50th reunion. Get those dates on your calendar—June 5 to June 8, 2025! You won’t want to miss it. Whether you regularly find yourself on campus or you haven’t set foot on campus since 1975, this is the one post-graduation event you want to attend.

We’ll have ample opportunities to see old friends and reconnect during the course of the weekend. We’ll be able to explore the campus, which looks vastly different from the campus we knew as students. We’ll be able to hear from current professors, administrators, and members of other classes.

This letter comes with more than one request—besides attending the reunion, we are asking you to respond to a few questions that will be compiled in a 50th Reunion Celebratory Journal. We are the authors. We want to hear from as many people as possible in our class. It is an opportunity to share with our classmates what we’ve done the past 50 years and to reflect on CMC’s role in our lives.

No reason to wait. Get started on it right away. The Celebratory Journal will be disseminated prior to our reunion.
Additionally, we are seeking photos from our time at CMC and recent photos to include in the Celebratory Journal. Please submit at least one recent photo of yourself.

If you want to join us in planning our 50th Reunion weekend activities, please let us know of your interest. We’re happy to extend an invitation to any classmate who would like to assist.

Looking forward to seeing you next June!

50th Reunion Celebratory Journal

Every year, in recognition of the 50th class reunion, the College produces a special 50th Reunion Celebratory Journal. This one-of-a-kind journal will be a compilation of favorite Class of 1975 lore along with updates on what everyone has been doing for the past fifty years. The journal’s information comes from entries submitted by classmates. We are hoping for strong class participation in this journal, even if you cannot attend the reunion in person.
