CMC students kicked off the spring semester with a new schedule of classes, greeting their friends with hugs and smiles as they headed to a shared meal at Collins, a noontime soccer match, or an outdoor study session.
“I can’t wait to see my friends and hang out at my dorm, Boswell,” said Sanaa Sondhi ’25, who is taking “Logic,” “Organizational Psychology,” and “Introduction to Film” this semester.
Faculty were equally thrilled to begin a new semester. "The first day of class is always exciting. Every class is a bit different, even if it is a familiar subject, because the combination of students is different," said Prof. Andrew Busch, who is teaching “Introduction to American Politics” and “Cases in American Political Leadership: Ronald Reagan.”
Elijah Touzoukou ’26 is happy to be back on campus. “I am looking forward to discovering the ways that topics I’m studying connect to one another and how the overlap between them affects society and my everyday life,” he said.
