Fernando Fabre is president of Endeavor Global whose mission is to transform cities around the world by supporting local entrepreneurship. Tapped in 2002 by Mexican President Vicente Fox, Fabre helped develop a set of guidelines to build an entrepreneurial culture in Mexico, an effort that was heralded by the local press. He holds a master degree in economics from Claremont Graduate University and an MBA and B.A. in managerial economics from Universidad Anahuac del Sur.
