While on stage at CMC’s 78th Annual Commencement in mid-April, keynote speaker Akshata Murty ’02 made a point to thank past professors like Steve Smith who helped make her College experience a memorable one.
That same spirit of gratitude and giving back guided her entire weekend in Claremont, as Murty found time between event rehearsals to soak up a bit of campus nostalgia and make new memories with graduating students like Crystal Ma ’26.
