Gast?n Espinosa, associate professor of American religions, politics, and society, will be interviewed live at 6:10 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 22 on KSPC Pomona College radio (88.7 FM). Espinosa will discuss the topic of a lecture he recently gave in France on "Obama, Religion, and the 2008 Election."

Sunday's radio interview will focus on "Barack Obama, Religion, and the 2008 Election," with additional attention to the reaction of Catholics, Liberal Protestants, and Evangelicals to his Cairo Speech and Health Care Reform proposal.
In addition to his European engagements, Espinosa just returned from the American Academy of Religion in Montreal, Canada, where he presented a paper on Nov. 7 on "Latino Evangelicals, Barack Obama, and the 2008 Election." The discussion was part of a larger panel he organized on "Barack Obama, Evangelicals, and the 2008 Election."
