I-Place Luncheon: Asia, the Euro, and the Dollar

The Thursday, Feb. 10 International Place Lunch & Conversation lecture series, hosted in McKenna Auditorium, will feature scholarly opinions on the subject of Asia, the Euro, and the Dollar: What's Going On?

Guest speakers for this event are:

Sven Arndt, the Charles M. Stone Professor of Money, Credit and Trade, and director of the Lowe Institute of Political Economy

Ashima Goyal, visiting Freeman Scholar

Kwanho Shin, visiting Freeman scholar

Tom Willett, co-director, Freeman Program in Asian Political Economy

International food will be served at 11:45 a.m. The program begins at 12:15 p.m.

Thursday's event is co-sponsored by The Freeman Program in Asian Political Economy, The Lowe Institute of Political Economy, and International Place of The Claremont Colleges. Reservations are not required to attend.
