Tickets for the Los Angeles County Fair, happening now through Sunday, Oct. 1 at Fairplex in Pomona, are available to CMC employees through the human resources department at reduced rates of $9 per adult and $5 for children 5 and older. (Children under 5 are admitted free.)
This year's fair includes designation of Thursday, Sept. 21 as Claremont Day at the Fair for local dignitaries, community members, and school children. Highlights are expected to include a special Claremont parade and a booth representing The Claremont Colleges, with giveaways.
