Upon the terms hereinafter stated, I irrevocably grant permission to Claremont McKenna College to copyright and use all images submitted though the Claremont McKenna College Photo Contest. This permission covers use in publications and communications for the College, including and without limitation materials for Admission recruitment, development or community relations, the College’s website and the alumni magazine. This grant shall also include the right to change or alter the images for all purposes, including and without limitation, art, editorial, advertising, promotion or trade without further compensation to me.
I also consent to and grant the right for the use of any printed or web-based matter in conjunction with the foregoing. I hereby waive any and all right to inspect or approve the finished images, copy, printed or web-based matter that may be used in conjunction therewith, or to the eventual use that the images may be applied. I release Claremont McKenna College and anyone working under the auspices of Claremont McKenna College from any liability relating to any alteration that may occur or be produced in connection with the images and their publication.
This agreement constitutes the sole, complete and exclusive agreement between myself and Claremont McKenna College and I am not relying on any other representation whether oral or written.
