Dear Alumni,

As we welcome spring, I’ve been reflecting on the energy and momentum of this past year. The best part of serving as your Alumni Association President has been the opportunity to engage with so many of you—whether at local events, on campus, or even in casual meet ups and conversations. No matter the setting, one thing remains constant: the deep connection we share with each other and with CMC.
That spirit of connection has fueled the work of the CMCAA Board of Directors. I am grateful for all the Board has accomplished in 2024-2025—from introducing new regional programs to strengthening campus ties with students, and enhancing our communication tools. We set out to create programming that reminds us of the thought-provoking discussions, camaraderie, and intellectual curiosity that defined our time spent at the Athenaeum—and it has been an honor to see that come to life at alumni gatherings across the country. Each of these moments reaffirms what makes our community special.
There are so many ways to get involved, and I encourage you to do so in a way that’s meaningful to you. One of the most impactful ways alumni can give back is by creating opportunities for current students. Our vast and accomplished network has the power to open doors, and if you’re interested in providing internships or mentoring students, I urge you to connect with CMC’s Soll Center for Student Opportunity.
Mark your calendars: Alumni Weekend 2025 is coming up soon, from June 5-8! Whether it’s faculty lectures, dining under the stars, or family-friendly fun at Stag-a-Palooza, this is a chance to relive your favorite CMC traditions and make new memories. Reconnect with classmates in the Alumni Club, test your luck at Monte Carlo Night, and even stay in a residence hall to turn back the clock. While we are celebrating class years ending in 0 and 5, all alumni are welcome to join.
Beyond campus, I hope to see many of you at regional events throughout the year. One highlight ahead is Worldmeet Buenos Aires from June 11-15, 2025. It’s an incredible opportunity to explore Argentina with fellow CMCers. Keep an eye on the regional chapter events calendar at www.cmc.edu/alumni/events for more ways to connect.
Looking further ahead, I’m especially excited as we begin planning for a significant CMC milestone: 50 Years of Co-Education in 2026-2027. We will celebrate the extraordinary impact that women have had on the College and its students, and I look forward to sharing more in the months to come.
CMC has always been about bringing people together—through ideas, debate, and lifelong friendships. I hope you’ll take advantage of the opportunities ahead to stay engaged, and I look forward to seeing you soon.
With gratitude,
Antoine Grant ’07
President
