Time Sheet Requirements

The Financial Aid Office must receive a properly completed time sheet at the end of each pay period in order for a student to be paid. Time sheets may be obtained online at: /hr/forms/. Complete your time sheet by providing your name, the correct pay period (see CMC Federal Work-Study Time Sheet Schedule) job title, department name, account number, dates and time worked, hourly rate, total hours, total amount paid, student and supervisor signatures. NOTE: A student may not work more than five hours without taking at least a half-hour lunch break. This is to be noted on the time sheet. No student may work more than eight hours in one day or more than 40 hours in one week. A student cannot work more than six consecutive days. It is suggested that students work no more than 20 hours per week. There can be no overtime work, pay for legal holidays, or compensation for sick leave.

Minimum wage is currently $8.00 an hour.

When you have completed these steps submit the time sheet to the Financial Aid Office.
