The Center for Civic Engagement is a resource for students who want to get involved, either on campus or off. We offer a variety of programs and events focused on service, citizenship, and sustainability.

Our programming includes:

  • Campus-wide and community service projects, like serving a meal to the homeless, tutoring local children, hosting a blood drive, or volunteering at various community organizations
  • Alternative Spring Break - Spend your Spring Break working with others on a service project
  • Service-based WOA! experience for freshmen - A service-based orientation adventure for incoming students
  • Athenaeum speakers and panels on topics related to CCE's mission
  • Sponsored service-based summer internships
  • Service-learning in conjunction with CMC faculty
We are located at 101 Heggblade Center in the Dean of Students area. Stop by and see what we have to offer!
