The 19th annual Kravis-de Roulet leadership conference, Leading Social Change, will highlight the efforts of social entrepreneurs as they strive to “change the world” through innovative solutions to global social problems. The conference will focus on the future of social entrepreneurship in the coming decades and how cross-sector collaborations fuel social entrepreneurial ventures.
Specific topics will include:
- Designing the business model for social change through social entrepreneurship
- Establishing and managing cross-sector collaborations for entrepreneurial initiatives
- Investing in and securing resources for social enterprises
- Leading social entrepreneurial ventures
- Analyzing and evaluating impact—metrics for social change
Leading social entrepreneurs will present case studies in small group breakout sessions and keynote speakers will include winners of the Kravis Prize in Nonprofit Leadership, and noted heads of social sector organizations.
