For the past three years Team KLI has placed as top finishers in this dynamic student competition, held as part of the International Leadership Association's Global Conference. "Team KLI" is looking to do it again in 2012 and needs team members! Learn more about a past presentation by reading a past webstory. The next ILA Global Conference and Student Case Competition will be October 24-27 in Denver, CO. KLI is now recruiting students and accepting applications for next fall's team.

Keynote speakers at the conference will include Ambassador Dr. James Joeseph, a Professor of the Practice of Public Policy Studies and Executive Director of the United States at the Southern Africa Center for Leadership and Public Values at Duke University, and Rinku Sen, the President and Executive Director of the Applied Research Center (ARC) and Publisher of colorlines.com.
Along with these, there will also be workshops offered before the conference that focus on the leadership aspects of the host city/country that relate to professional development. Past years have included tours of Prague's Jewish Quarter, which included conversations with Holocaust survivors, and many other unique and life-changing experiences.

Now accepting applications for 2012
Bonelli Park
Applications are due May 3, 2012
Each fall, incoming sophomores have an opportunity to apply and expand their leadership knowledge during a four-day experiential learning trip, the Sophomore Leadership Experience, held at a camp in the mountains above CMC. The trip includes large and small group activities designed to give students increased self-awareness, facilitate group bonding and develop leadership skills. The program includes a day spent on Low and High Ropes courses and is put on by the Kravis Leadership Institute with support from the Dean of Students Office. KLI will subsidize this program in its entirety. View the SLE homepage for more detailed information regarding next year's Experience.
