Claremont McKenna Activities Committee

presents the
Spotlight Program

CMAC is proud to introduce the Spotlight Program. The program is designed to highlight members of the CMC staff & faculty community who make a positive and beneficial contribution through community service. Each month you have the opportunity to nominate an individual who contributes in a positive way by mentoring or volunteering their time, energy and/or talents outside the work environment. A monthly announcement will be made campus-wide of the highlighted employee, including their picture and a description of the individual's specific contribution.

  • Nominations can be submitted by email or by nomination card. Nomination cards are located in Collins Dining Hall, the Story House employee lounge, and Kravis Center. Nomination cards are also available on the CMAC website.
  • Nominations received each month will be considered by the CMAC selection committee. The committee will review nominations based on the individual’s community service involvement through volunteering and mentoring and how it benefits the community in a positive way.
  • An individual can be acknowledged once per academic year.

Please submit nominations to Catherine Marie Mayfield by email at catherine.mayfield@cmc.edu.
