Diana Seder
Director
Oversees all Career Services programs and events

Diana has been in higher education since 1988 when she became the Associate Director of the MBA program at the Claremont Graduate University after having graduated from that program in 1987. Her career development experience began in 1991 as the Acting Director of Career Services at the Claremont Graduate University, where she counseled students from all graduate majors but focused particularly on MBA students. She came to CMC in 1997 and held (sequentially) both the Associate Director of Recruiting and Associate Director of Internships positions as long-term, temporary assignments before moving to CMC Admissions for 8 years. Diana rejoined CMC Career Services in August of 2008 as the Acting Director and became Director in early 2009.
Sarah Park

Born in Nashville, TN, Sarah’s love for higher education began as a student at Carleton College and continued while earning a Master’s degree at The University of Iowa. She served as a professional higher education administrator and contributed to student development programming for 10 years in Iowa, Georgia, and Wisconsin prior to joining CMC. Sarah believes the whole student experience is important; thus, developing meaningful co-curricular experiences is important. Co-curricular experiences can demonstrate connections between what is learned inside the classroom and applications to life after college. She genuinely enjoys helping individuals recognize their assets and help people reach their goals.
Sarah loves to travel and has been to Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, England, France, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, South Korea, and Sri Lanka. She served as a representative and participant for Rotary International’s District 6910 Group Study Exchange to South Korea in May of 2009. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her sweet mutts named Georgia and Dolly.
Jason Jeffrey
Assistant Director

A native of Claremont, Jason began his career in higher education shortly after earning his B.A. from UCLA. After working at UC Berkeley for several years, he returned to Southern California and began temping at CMC while he pursued his passion for playing music. Two years, ten assignments and several tours later, Jason became the Assistant Director for Student Affairs at CMC's Dean of Students Office, a position he held for almost five years. "I'm excited to be back at CMC," Jason wrote of his position with Career Services, "and look forward to helping student s obtain meaningful summer internships."
Amanda Stevens
Career Counselor / Workshop Coordinator

Amanda received her B.A. in Communications with a minor in Business Administration from Humboldt State University. She completed her M.A. in Education at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, where she worked as a program advisor in Orientation Programs, and Volunteer Coordinator of "Safer", their sexual assault risk reduction program. Amanda enjoys helping students in their career expoloration and is experienced in helping students utilize social media tools to enhance their online presence. She counsels students who have not declared a major and freshman and sophomore who have declared International Relations and Psychology majors.
Charlene Kile
Recruiting Coordinator

Charlene was born in Pomona and has always been a resident of the Inland Empire. She attended Pitzer College and Chaffey College. She began working in Career Services at Claremont Graduate University in 1981 and came to CMC in 1999. She enjoys working with the employers as well as the students and loves the campus environment. She has two grown sons, a daughter-in-law and three beautiful grandchildren.
Sandra Aguirre

Sandra is a Southern Californian and has an extensive work experience in corporate America. In 1998 she decided to transition from the recruiting team at Accenture to the career services team at CMC in order to achieve life balance with her young family. She takes great pride in helping students prepare for life after CMC and shares her business knowledge with them.
Michelle Chamberlain

Michelle Chamberlain is the Director of Employer Relations. In this capacity, Michelle primarily works with the undergraduate Robert Day Scholars and the Master’s Program in Finance students from The Robert Day School of Economics and Finance to craft individual career and employer outreach plans, provide industry specific resume and cover letter assistance, and conduct extensive interview preparation. Additionally, Michelle plans networking events and other activities designed to connect students and prospective employers. Previously, Michelle was an attorney with O’Melveny & Myers LLP, specializing in Private Equity and Mergers and Acquisitions.

Marisa Walter assists finance focused economic majors, and the Mater's Program in Finance students from The Robert Day School of Economics and Finance. Marisa helps to facilitate finance focused networking opportunities and other on and off campus activities designed to enhance the recruiting experience for students. Marisa graduated from CMC with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and CGU with a Master's in Education. Marisa's background includes work in human capital consulting and financial service recruiting.
